When is there not much going on in the theme park?
The number of visitors depends on various factors (weather, holidays, weekends). In general, there is less going on during the week (during holiday periods). You can also expect fewer visitors on cloudy days (check the weather in advance, or call +43 (0) 2282 79988).
Does the theme park open when it rains?
As a rule: yes. As long as it is only raining lightly, or only for a short period of time, the park will open. As stated in the terms and conditions, there is no right to rebook or cancel tickets that have already been paid for. For birthday celebrations and parties, free cancellation is only possible if the event is postponed. However, if a heavy thunderstorm is forecast with no prospect of improvement, the park may not open. We will communicate this from around 8 a.m. on our website and social media channels (Facebook).
Can I leave the park and return on the same day?
If you need to get something from your car, you can leave the park for a short time. Please let the cashier know.
Can I take my dog to the park?
No, dogs are not allowed in the park.
Where can I store my things?
We offer lockers at the climbing garden. Simply leave a deposit (key, ID) and you will receive a lock.
Can I pay with an ATM in the park?
Yes, you can pay with a debit card at the parking ticket office. We also accept Mastercard and Visa.
Where can I inquire about lost items? Or where are they stored?
For every employee. They then communicate with their colleagues via WhatsApp. Collect them at the parking ticket office.
